Pentland View may not include the Pentland Hills but looks back from them over towards Sir John Clerke's estate. It was a very windy day and i tried to capture that within the oil painting. I never try to over paint an artwork, instead I try to let the Scotland I know and love come through in the colours I choose. I have a lot of other mountain paintings for sale in the art gallery and I hope to add more over the coming months.
